Reservations
Reservations can be made by clicking Check Availability and Reserve Online.
Studio Reservations: There is a three night minimum charge. Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation. The balance will be charged to the credit card at check-in, unless guests request to pay with cash or travelers checks. For reservations during Ironman Triathlon (Sept. 29-Oct. 14) and Christmas/New Year the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Studio Cancellation: Guests can receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee ($200 for Ironman Triathlon and Christmas/New Year), if they cancel their reservation in writing at least twelve weeks prior to scheduled arrival. Otherwise, the deposit may still be refunded if the room is re-rented. Guests who find it necessary to arrive late or depart early are still responsible for the full amount of their reservation.

Smoking is not permitted in our home, but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
