Reservations
Reservations can be made by clicking Check Availability and Reserve Online.
Studio Reservations: There is a three night minimum for studios, unless only two nights are available. Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation. The balance will be charged to the credit card at check-in, unless guests request to pay with cash or travelers checks. Note: There is a six night minimum for any reservation that includes October 9th or 10th 2010 (Ford Ironman Triathlon).
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Studio Cancellation: Guests can receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee, if they cancel their reservation in writing at least six weeks prior to scheduled arrival. Otherwise, the deposit may still be refunded if the room is re-rented. Guests who find it necessary to arrive late or depart early are still responsible for the full amount of their reservation, unless we can rebook the room.
Home Reservations:There is a five night minimum for the house. Reservations require a 50% deposit and the balance is due twelve weeks prior to arrival. There is no cleaning fee, but a security deposit is required. Please email us for availability and reservations.

Smoking is not permitted in our home, but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
